Refund policy

We want you to love your Forever Southern Boutique purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your online order, we accept returns within 15-days for store credit only, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, accessories or gift cards. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note: We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during the return process. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

How to Initiate a Return: 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@foreversouthernboutique.com or follow the instructions here:

  1. Visit our website and log in to your Shopify account navigate to the "Returns" section.
  2. Go to the "My Orders" section.
  3. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return and click on the "Request a Return" button.
  4. Choose the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the return from the dropdown menu.
  5. Submit your return request. You'll receive a confirmation email with further instructions.
  6. Securely package your items and attach a return label.
